State Funeral Update
Dear Parents/Carers,
Following the death of HRH Queen Elizabeth II last week, I am writing to you all having now received the official Department of Education guidance regarding arrangements for the state funeral.
The funeral will take place on Monday September 19th; the day will be a national bank holiday and we, like all other schools, will be closed as a mark of respect. School remains fully open as normal before that during the period of national mourning and will resume as normal after the bank holiday at 9.30am on Tuesday September 20th.
I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that our remaining INSET days in the Autumn Term take place on:
Friday 23rd September
Friday 7th October
