Dear Parent/Carer
As an extension of our recently expanding PE programme, we are delighted to announce that we are running our first Sports Fun Day on Wednesday 18th July 10-2pm at the park local to the school between Bristol Road South and Frankley Beeches Road.
Students need to arrive at school to register no later than 9.30am, we will then walk with them to the park for the beginning of the days activities. Students will be dismissed directly from the park at 2pm if you provide consent below- any questions regarding this, please let me know.
A picnic lunch will be provided and we will make sure the students have plenty of water and are kept hydrated. They can wear appropriate shorts and t-shirts and if you can make sure they have sun cream/ caps/ additional water with them, it would be appreciated. As always, we expect all students to adhere to our code of conduct at all times during the trip.
I would be grateful if you could return the reply slip below to me by Monday 16th July.
