- We aim to develop young people confident in their own ability with the resilience and determination to persevere. Through a comprehensive information, advice, and guidance (IAG) programme, high quality careers guidance, work related learning, and the opportunity to achieve a variety of qualifications we will enable students to aspire and dream big, ensuring they have choices when they leave.
Year 11:
- Level 2 and/or GCSE qualifications in English, maths, English lit, science
- Level 2 and/or GCSE qualifications in 2 pathway subjects (art/catering/fitness and health)
- Employability and work related learning workshops
- Enrichment lessons
- PSHE lessons
Year 10:
- Level 1 qualifications in English and maths
- Level 2 or GCSE qualifications in 2 pathway subjects (art/catering/fitness and health/textiles)
- Employability and work related learning workshops
- Enrichment lessons

KS3:
- English, maths, science, catering, PE, art, textiles and PSHE lessons.
- Entry level 3 Skills for Living and Work accredited course

Intervention programme:
