Contact Detail Check October 2018
As part of our continuing push on safeguarding, we are posting letters home to all parents/carers, enclosing a form showing the data we hold on your son or daughter. As contact details often change, we will now be sending out one of these forms each term. Please could you carefully check the details we hold and change any parts that are incorrect?- it is obviously important that emergency contact details are correct. Once complete, please sign, date and return to us- feel free to drop the form off in person in reception if that is easier.
