End of Term Arrangements
Dear Parent/Carer,
Thank you all for your continued support as the end of term approaches. A reminder that I look forward to meeting you all again (or the first time in the case of recent starters) this Thursday (July 12th 4-6pm) for our Fish and Chip Parents Evening. It is important that all parents/carers of students in Years 7,8,9 and 10 attend this event so that we can update you on your childs progress.
I am also writing to confirm end of term arrangements for Friday 20th July. Students are expected to be in school by 9.15am as normal but all students will be dismissed at 12.30pm. There will be no Feelgood Friday enrichment sessions running due to the earlier finish, students will attend morning lessons as normal and we will then end the day with a celebration assembly beginning at 12.00pm. In response to recent student voice interviews, I can also confirm that Friday 20th July will be a non-uniform day.
A further letter will follow this week for Year 11 parents/carers detailing full arrangements for Results Day on Thursday August 23rd. As always, if there is anything I can be doing to help and support, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]
